When will I be able to subscribe to Inner Circle?

Will there be any changes made to the Inner Circle memberships?

Sort of. You will continue to receive a monthly collection for $39.95, but instead of your box being determined by your order history….drum roll….you’ll have the flexibility to login to your subscription portal and swap to a different collection if you choose!

Will my current monthly box still ship?

Yes! All current subscriptions will continue to process and ship as usual. As we work on transitioning your Inner Circle membership, you will not be able to access add-ons or be able to update your address and payment information online. If you need to make changes to your current subscription, please contact our Customer Care Team at members@fragrantjewels.com.

Will I still be eligible for a Rare Collection?

For the months of May and June, we’re doing something a little different. As a way of showing our appreciation, instead of releasing a new Rare Collection you need to qualify for with an extra purchase, we’re automatically giving our top 1,000 most loyal members, including anyone on a Rare Streak, a Rare Collection as their Inner Circle monthly shipment.

Why can’t I access the “My Subscription” page on the website?

We are working on transitioning your Inner Circle membership to a sparkly new customer portal. In the meantime, you will not be able to access add-ons or be able to update your address and payment information online.

If you need to make changes to your current subscription, please contact our Customer Care Team at members@fragrantjewels.com.After the transition is complete, you’ll be able to continue to update your address and payment information, add products to your monthly shipment and so much more!

Do Inner Circle members still get discounts on select products?

Yes, members will continue to get exclusive discounts on select products. We’ve temporarily made these discounts available in the regular store, as we revamp your Inner Circle Exclusive Store. Soon you’ll be able to shop your member pricing from anywhere on the website!

What will happen to my Rewards Points?

Your hard-earned points will still be safe and sound, and as always, your points will not expire. You will also continue to earn double points on your Inner Circle orders, and you’ll see your points reflected in your accounts once our new Rewards Store is launched! Learn more here.
